MacKillop College offers the girls opportunities to work in a thoroughly equipped Woodworking Workshop.

Students develop skills in designing, planning and constructing when they create quality and functional items such as; cutting boards, occasional and bedside tables, Marquetry design and a BBQ carry-all. 

The girls thoroughly enjoy testing their abilities when using equipment such as electric drills, drop saws, wooden lathes, jigsaws and electric sanders.

The students demonstrate genuine enthusiasm as they acquire new skills and take home beautiful timber products.
